这两天闲来无事,突发奇想打算注册个短域名玩玩。经过一番查阅和搜寻,发现 .nz(新西兰)域名的 2 位字符居然不算高级域名,无需支付高昂的溢价费。遂决定搞一个来折腾。
1. 选择注册商
经过多方比价,发现 Porkbun 的价格最为实惠,而且还支持支付宝 (Alipay) 付款,看起来非常友好。
没想到这才是噩梦的开始……
2. 挑选短域名
经过反复尝试和排列组合,截至 文章发布时,发现了以下几个漏网之鱼:

注:以上域名状态仅代表发文时刻,手慢无。
3. 踩坑:支付宝付款“吞钱”
选定心仪的域名后,我直接加入购物车结算。在结账页面选择了 Alipay (支付宝),完成了支付。
跳转回 Porkbun 页面一看——域名还在购物车里???
再看一眼订单详情:

赶紧上网搜了一下,发现我不是一个人。这个问题在 Porkbun 上似乎并不罕见,但大部分帖子都止步于吐槽,没有给出明确的解决方案。

4. 维权之路:邮件对线
Porkbun 的网站设计挺有“个性”,找不到在线 Chat 入口,只能发邮件。虽然网页右下角有个 HELP 按钮,但在手机端经常隐身,而且本质上也是个邮件表单。
于是,我开启了与客服的邮件拉锯战。
- 第一回合:尝试沟通
我借助 Deepseek 写了一封这类问题的标准询问邮件,详细列出了订单号、支付宝交易号等信息。

美国客服效率还行,3 小时后回复了。但内容……完全是标准化的“废话文学”:建议我关掉广告拦截器、VPN,或者换个浏览器重试。
这显然没用,因为问题在于钱扣了但系统没入账,而不是我浏览器有问题。
- 第二回合:指出关键
冷静分析后,我意识到 Porkbun 的支付宝通道是对接的 Stripe。既然是 Stripe,商家后台一定有详细的交易记录。
于是我决定帮客服“排查问题”。我回复了邮件,明确指出:
- 请去 Stripe 后台 查询订单号。
- 附上了 支付宝交易详情截图。
- 附上了 电子回单(包含中英文对照),证明我确实付了钱。

It looks like the payment was received, but the order failed. I've added the funds as account credit to your account.
承认收到了钱,但订单挂了。作为补偿,他们直接把钱充值到了我的 Porkbun 账户余额里。
5. 重新下单付款
登录账户一看,余额确实增加了。

接下来就简单了,再次下单,支付方式选择 Account Credit。
